Breno is threatened with 15 years in prison for arson

Prosecutors today announced their decision to initiate proceedings against the Brazilian, who was accused of arson. They believe that they have enough evidence to suggest that Breno is guilty of setting his villa ablaze last year. They added that Breno could get a prison sentence between one and 15 years if he is found guilty.


Last September Breno`s villa was burned and player arrested, but with Bayern Munichen`s help, Brazilian was out of jail on bail.


Besides is threating prison sentencethe prosecution said that Breno should pay damages of one million euros for the damage done in house, and EUR 5,000 for damage caused to the neighbor's garage.
